Ruskin bench with a ergonomically comfortable sit. Stylish extended under-rail and signature dado rabbet joints incorporated into the seat make them a talking point. Usually made from ash with an innovative salt wash finish, sealed with acrylic. Designed and made by craftsman Stuart Douglas of Douglas Built http://douglasbuilt.co.za.
Custom made sizes can be commissioned or plain natural acrylic sealed hardwood: oak or American walnut.
Suitable for indoors. Can be used as dining or kitchen seating, in entrance hall, or bedroom ottoman.
